Artist Registration Artists must pre-register for their 8’ x 8’ square, submit a $35 registration fee, and sign guidelines prior to participation. There is a limited number of spaces available and they are being sold on a first come first serve basis. This is a family-friendly event and all artwork is required to be suitable for family and public viewing. All artists must be 17 years or older.	$35.00	$5.00

The following terms and conditions apply to all Jerry Smith Farm ticketed attractions (“Tickets”), purchased on or after May 1, 2022.

By purchasing a Ticket, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions of use.

General Terms
All sales final. Event tickets must be used in the 2022 calendar year during specified event dates

All operating dates and hours are subject to change without notice. All rides and attractions are subject to closings and cancellations for weather or other conditions. Restrictions apply including, but not limited to, capacity constraints and other closures.

Improper Behavior
A Ticket is a revocable license and may be confiscated with no refund of the purchase price.

Violation of park rules will result in expulsion. Conduct that is disorderly, disruptive, or in poor taste is prohibited. Clothing with inappropriate/offensive words, phrases, or graphics is prohibited. While at any Jerry Smith Farm attraction, shirts and footwear with soles must be worn at all times.
